Capital is a general insurer operating in Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Fiji, Tonga and the Solomon Islands. It sees the acquisition of Tower's Vanuatu business as being a good fit with its existing operations in Vanuatu. Capital looks forward to continuing to provide Tower customers with high quality service.

The sale will have no immediate impact to any policies you currently hold. Your policy terms and conditions will remain unchanged until your policy expires. Capital will contact you ahead of your next renewal date with more information about what happens at renewal time.

Up until completion of the sale, claims will be processed as normal.
